N-tier Architecture
MirrorPlus employs N-tier architecture for PlanWell by separating the business objectives into several logical entities grouped by client services. This gives most reliable, high-performance and scalable components and services at each level.
Scalable Server-Based Architecture
PlanWell supports several concurrent users. PlanWell utilizes the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 relation database as backend. With scale-up capabilities of SQL Server 2000, it offers a scalable and reliable solution that will meet the needs of PlanWell customers.
PlanWell maintains Web Server Farm for load balancing the web request.

Customized Web Servers and ISAPI extensions
PlanWell team has also developed customized Web servers and ISAPI extensions to provide customized Project Synchronization between local database and central database, thereby enhancing the performance, reliability and scalability of PlanWell.

Interactive Web Architecture
With its Interactive Web Architecture (IWA), PlanWell utilizes Dynamic HTML, which is a combination of HTML, Style sheets, Java Script, XML and Document Object Model. This technology delivers tangible benefits, such as the ability to modify/manipulate without refreshing the entire page to the server. This provides users with the rich environment of highly interactive features required by today’s business users, ensuring that they are both productive and efficient.

Customized Project Synchronization
PlanWell is an enterprise portal application especially tailored for the construction industry, where data from central server has to be in-sync with local PlanWell deployed databases. Available database synchronization methods do not serve the need for type of synchronization required by us to develop a sophisticated and robust Project synchronization technology. PlanWell’s Project synchronization engine provides all the flexible benefits for a fast and accurate data replication yet provides security in its communication.

Third party applications integration
PlanWell uses state of art Microsoft technologies like .NET, COM+, COM, ISAPI to expose various services and interfaces to integrate with Partner companies.
PlanWell employs various .Net Web Services for various components such as Order Processing, Address book management etc.

Secure PlanWell Network
All PlanWell Enterprise customers are connected to the PlanWell Hub (MirrorPlus) via a secure VPN (Virtual Private Network). This provides centralized security and better manageability.

Remote Management
MirrorPlus manages all PlanWell Enterprise Local SQL Databases. MirrorPlus remotely manages several servers.

MirrorPlus has the ability and know-how to fully manage a business's hosting environment from the network layer to applications performance. MirrorPlus’s Remote Management service includes but is not limited to performance management, database management and operating system management. MirrorPlus’s Specialty is Remote Database Management and monitoring. The extent of monitoring goes right from number of active processes to the extent of CPU utilizations for each process, blocking processes, open transactions and memory usage
Guaranteed reliability is crucial. MirrorPlus's Remote database Management service provides fully-managed network backups, including daily full backups and frequent transactional backups of critical data to enable point-in-time data recovery and disaster recovery.
