PlanWell online planrooms exist at every one of our locations, and are available globally at www.planwell.com. Planrooms for public, client, or job-specific projects can be created at any American Reprographics division in the United States, and accessed from around the world.

No connection to the Internet? No problem. Plans and specs can still be ordered and delivered over the phone or over the counter at any one of our locations across the country.

How
Non-alterable digital images of your plans and specs are stored on secure and redundant hard drives as a comprehensively-indexed collection of plans and specifications. The document collection is then posted to a password-protected Web site as a searchable project planroom. Registered users can review and order the most recent set of plans, or have us send the files for printing and delivery to another location.
Plan owners can track access and automatically notify plan holders of changes to the document collection. PlanWell is browser-based so it is simple to learn and easy to use for anyone with Internet access.

Who
PlanWell has its origins in the efforts of construction industry professionals looking for a better way to manage every facet of a project that involves plans and specifications. MirrorPlus Technologies, the software development arm of American Reprographics took up the challenge of programming the product to a set of practical and industry-approved specifications and succeeded admirably with the current version of the software in June 2000. Look for an e-commerce-capable version this November.
