PlanWell Enterprise combines the services of your reprographer
with a powerful Web application that accomplishes four primary
tasks: Manages and tracks your project plans and specs
- find any plan at the click of mouse (and never lose one
again!)
Manages and tracks the users of your project plans and specs
- know who got what and when
Allows users to order prints and arrange their delivery
- the reprographer does the printing and distribution
Compiles a historical record and archives your plans and
specs as documents are added to the planroom - close the
job and the archive is finished (no "after-the-fact"
archive compilation)
Simply provide your reprographer with project plans and
specs (electronically or in paper form), indicate how you
would like them organized - by discipline, CSI code, historical
issue, etc. - and who should have access to them. The content
provider typically pays a small document management fee
for the use of the system, but other users of the system
simply pay for their normal reprographic services, nothing
more. |

Get the right plans to the right people at the right time.
Distributing plans and specs through your reprographer
is fast, painless and easy with PlanWell PDS.
Simply point your browser to your PlanWell PDS reprographer's
page and enter a username and password.
Choose project documents from a most current set to create
a customized document bundle, or select a set you built
earlier.
Pick from a list of your project team members to create
your distribution.
Tell your reprographer how you want the documents produced
and delivered by choosing from a menu or typing in a few
instructions.
Then submit the order.
And what's even better, you didn't have to dig out a work
order, find a fax number, or wait on the order because someone
didn't have the information they needed to print and deliver
it. A record of your order is on file and available for
your review, so in a pinch, you can find out when orders
were placed and for whom. And as long as you had access
to a computer with an internet connection, you didn't even
have to be in your office!

PlanWell EWO |
PlanWell EWO is an electronic work order available online
from your reprographer. The next time you need to order, reach
for the mouse and your internet browser instead of reaching
for a paper order form or the phone.
From the EWO homepage you can order any service or any
product your reprographer carries with a few clicks of the
mouse. After specifying what you need, a simple upload process
puts your digital files in the capable hands of your reprographer's
production staff.
Use the EWO for any digital reproduction job:
• Large-format black & white
• Large-format color (including finishing)
• Small-format black & white (including binding)
• Small-format color
• Upload jobs to the PlanWell online planrooms
• Any supply order
• You can even specify production options and schedule a
pickup for hardcopy originals!
If you already use PlanWell Enterprise with your reprographer,
the transaction will be even easier with the familiar and
easy-to-use interface.
