PlanWell in the market place

PlanWell is designed and developed by MirrorPlus Technologies, introduced to the general marketplace in 2000, PlanWell has since grown to become the largest and most used construction documentation system in the world today.

In the third quarter of 2002, ARC made the decision to license PlanWell to independent reprographers (see Press Release). The primary reason for licensing PlanWell was to establish a best-of-class standard in construction documentation systems and associate it with reprographers. It is the company’s belief that such services belong firmly under the control and administration of reprographers.

PlanWell Licensing makes the service available to select reprographic companies around the world. It’s distribution is limited to those companies that have the resources and digital infrastructure to support PlanWell. A comprehensive technology and service audit is conducted to establish compatibility between the potential licensee and PlanWell.

Each PlanWell server is custom-built at ARC’s Technology Center and custom-installed on site after a thorough understanding of the system is established through visits, and technical consultations with the National Network Operations Center (NNOC).
